im really sick of doing word find puzzles, so im updating my livejournal.  yeah.  tonight's going by really really slow, but im not gonna complain, cause id rather be able to relax than have to run my ass off right about now.  i kinda got a headache. 

wow, im already bored with this.  sorry for wasting people's time for such a stupid entry.  

todays my birthday though.  woo hoo!!

im finally done with everything for school.  i took and passed my state boards, and now im officially a registered nurse.  there were so many times i thought that i would never make it to where i am right now, so it feels really good to finally be able to call myself an RN. 

i feel like im starting a new chapter in my life.  chris and i have been talking about a wedding and kids, and everything just finally feels like its all gonna work out.    im so glad to have him in my life.


on another note, i would have never been able to accomplish anything without my mom and dad.  im forever in debt to both of them.  (in many ways.)

hooray! back to work after a SHORT, busy weekend.  man, weekends go by super slow when you work night shift.  i was off friday and saturday night, and i feel like i was just here yesterday.  i think its cause im so screwed up with sleep.  i am proud of myself though.  i slept a normal night on friday.  i went to bed with christopher at 11ish and woke up at 6:30 and took a shower cause i couldnt sleep anymore.  i think its cause im so used to getting only a few short hours when i actually do sleep.  anyhow.  i woke up, woke christopher up, (cause he had to work saturday... boo), and then went out to walmart to get my curtain rods and curtains.  i put everything up that same morning and they look so awesome.  im so excited to get everything up and ready.  its all really coming together.  

that same day, connie, jessi, and i went to walmart again and bought a WHOLE bunch of baby stuff for cassie.  we all put in money and just filled a huge basket with a bunch of baby stuff for her shower.  we figured that since she cant come to her baby shower, we'd bring a little bit of it to her in the hospital. we really had a blast picking out everything and putting it all together.  i think cassie really enjoyed everything.  i feel so bad for her... shes stuck in the hospital and theyre barely doing anything for her anyhow.  she could be laying in bed at home.  but, i know there must be a reason for it all.    im sure everything will be just fine.. bryden's heartbeat was strong, and he was kicking like crazy.  

so today, the carpet FINALLY was completely installed.  it took me FOREVER to vacuum everything there.  legit.  i had to empty the vacuum canister about 7 times.  totally ridiculous.  once everything was cleaned up though, christopher and eric moved a bunch of stuff in.  its getting so exciting.  THEN, i went home so that ash and tony could come see the house, and it just depressed me.  the house was a total wreck, and i hated having anyone over in all the clutter.  i know they didnt really care, but i do, ya know.  anyhow.  they left, i went back to the house for a minute with mom, and then i stopped at mickey d's for dinner and got home at around 9:30.... woo hoo!  one WHOLE hour to relax before work.  worst.  

so, here i am, again at work.  i have a feeling that this is the only time ill freakin update this livejournal.  its kinda sad.  oh well. 

sitting at work, already bored out of my mind.  i think they might even send me home, to tell you the truth.  im up on the pediatric unit, and theres literally NOTHING for me to do here.  the nurses here told me that theyve never had a tech here before, so they really dont know what i should be doing.  oh well, though.  im sure when the supervisor comes up here at around 2 to see how everything is going, shell decide that im just another hospital cost and send me home.  i was actually hoping to get called off tonight.  even though i know we need the money, i just kinda wanted to spend the night at home and snuggle with christopher.  (since i just bought him brand new flannel pjs)  hes prolly soooooooooo comfy.  and here i am, sitting on a computer at work, doing jack squat!  oh well.  

i guess ill just keep rambling on then.   hmm... list of complaints as of right meow. 

-i have a killer headache. 
-im hungry
-my contacts are all blurry like and theyre starting to dry out. 
-i still have quite a few things to pick up for the house, and i dont have the money for it right now. 
-curtains are kinda expensive... at least the nice ones are.  stuuuuupid!
-i wish i would get my NCLEX info already. 
-i wish the rebate for our new kitchen appliances would come.  
-i wish i'd get my w2's from life care and st. johns.... i want my tax return.  legit. 
-my foot still hurts... i think maybe it just always will.  theres no getting around it i guess. 
-AS im typing this, my watch keeps digging into my wrist... it kinda hurts. 
-hmmmmmmmmmmm.   my dad's being mean to me, and it hurts my feelings. 
-my car is stupid and dad's pissed. 



okay, im done.  im going down to the cafeteria to grub.

i cant wait til its all over.  

we went to the zoo today.  it rained alot.  it was good. 

we had a damn show viewing last night... it was phenomenal. 

we all started the night off right with some good chinese buffet.  me, kole, chuck, vince, jeff, jessi, dead baby man, shawn, connie, and haley... what a combo.  between sweet and sour covered spoons and legit punching jeff and dead baby man in the face, i dont know what was more funny.  

from the chinese buffet, me, kole, chuck, vince, and dead baby man stopped at the dollar store to play for a while.  we left with little hugs, mass amounts of candy, a dart blower, a twirly noise maker, a creepy noise maker, chocolate pudding, and a la-cross set.  all in all, the dollar store, im sure must hate us now.  

we get back home and naturally we must have some back yard shenanigans.  so dead baby man ends up hogtied with giant welts on his legs from kole beating him with a yard stick.  

when jeff and jessi arrived, we headed to the play room to watch the damn show, part duex.  i have no words to describe the awesomeness.  

when that was done, we decided to have some fun with the blow darts from the dollar store.  SO, kole super-glued push pins to the tips and began shooting dead baby man in the ass cheek with it.  we had no luck, as the pins were just not penetrating his ass cheek.  no worries though.  instead, we super-glued a sewing pin to the tip and shot jeff in the titty.  success!!!  and jeff just stood there, with a pin in his titty, looking at it and screaming.  it was tremendous. 

i think those were my night highlights.  yeah, it was a good friday.

is officially complete.  well, i actually officially completed it yesterday, but i was too lazy to get on here.  

yep, thats it.  just wanted to let everyone know i washed my clothes.
